I'm a late-diagnosed AuDHD adult with lived experience of crisis burnout, c-PTSD recovery, addiction recovery, chronic illness, fluctuating capacity, and the wired-and-tired paradox.
My work combines trauma-informed somatic practice, Parts Work, the latest research, and 20 years as a neuro-affirming educator — all filtered through what I've actually lived. I build precise, low-overwhelm tools for nervous systems that cycle between extremes.
