Hi, I'm Nicole. I was diagnosed AuDHD at 37

— after decades of masking, performing, and wondering why I couldn't just 'adult' like everyone else seemed to. By the time I got answers, I was already deep in crisis burnout. Not my first. Not even my second. But the one that finally made me stop and pay attention.

I'd spent 20+ years as an educator. I'd trained in somatic facilitation, yoga, breathwork, and Parts Work. I'd read the research, tried the strategies, done the therapy. And still — I kept burning out.

Because the advice wasn't built for my brain.

resources told me to add more stimulation.

burnout resources told me to remove it.

But nobody was talking about what happens when your nervous system needs both, sometimes in the same hour.

So I started building what I actually needed: a framework for brains that cycle between extremes. Tools that reduce demand instead of adding to it. Language for the specific kind of exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. Capacity management for brains that don't just 'switch off'.

That framework became The Recovery Roadmap. Then the practice library. Then the guides. Then the AI Assistant. Then the course.

Now it's a complete ecosystem — and it's helping hundreds of late-discovered AuDHD adults finally understand what's happening in their nervous systems and start recovering in a way that actually fits.
