These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the digital products offered by Nicole Spartels, doing business as AuDHD Burnout Recovery and Neuro Love Notes ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") on our website audhdburnoutrecovery.com ("Site"). Digital Products
Our digital products include, but are not limited to, digital guides, PDFs, assessments, worksheets, and educational courses related to AuDHD burnout recovery ("Products"). All Products are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified.
Purchase and Payment
Purchase: By purchasing a Product, you agree to pay the specified price for that Product as listed on our Site.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and debit cards processed securely through Stripe.
Taxes: Prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes or fees that may be incurred based on your location.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Delivery and Access
Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased Product(s) via email. Your welcome email will contain login credentials and a direct link to The Recovery Lounge, our member portal, where you can access and download all included materials.
Access: You are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Product for personal, non-commercial use only. You may download and save the digital files for your personal use but may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce the materials.
Lifetime Access: Once purchased, you have lifetime access to your Product(s) and any updates or improvements we make to the materials.
Technical Issues: If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will assist you.
Refund Policy
Digital Products: Due to the instant digital delivery of our Products, we generally do not offer refunds once you have received access to your materials. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days. We will either work with you to resolve any concerns or issue a refund at our discretion.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues accessing your Product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Abuse Prevention: We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse of our refund policy, including but not limited to: downloading all materials before requesting a refund, or making multiple purchases and refund requests.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Products, including but not limited to content, design, graphics, text, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Nicole Spartels and AuDHD Burnout Recovery. You may not use the Product in any professional capacity (e.g., coaching clients, workshops, courses) without a separate commercial licensing agreement.
Enforcement: Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Product may result in immediate termination of your license and may subject you to legal action.
Therapy/Coaching Exception: If you are working with a licensed therapist, coach, or healthcare provider, you may share relevant portions of the Product with them for the sole purpose of supporting your personal recovery work. This does not grant your provider the right to reproduce or distribute the materials to other clients.
User Obligations
Account Security: If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Products.
